Now, the hardware is available to attach our proven Cozy Sidecar to many types of motorcycles! Our Cozy Rocket Sidecars display solid steel construction, and are very well-built, but get this, they weigh less than 150 lbs. Ideal!
We have imported these sidecars for many years, and are very confident in their quality and durability. They come with a 19" wheel, and a DOT-approved tire. The standard Cozy Sidecar comes with attaching hardware that is meant specifically for the Royal Enfield, but we have now developed a universal mounting system that allows the Cozy Sidecar to be mounted to most any motorcycle with a downtube. They run about $2,895. Once they are initially installed, it takes about a 1/2 hour to take one off or re-install it.
Everyone loves a sidecar! Colors vary with the demand, but we try to keep military, black, velvet green, white, and the Rivera Red of the Red Sixty-5 on hand.
Because the Bullet has so much low-end torque, it pulls a sidecar and passenger with no problem. Your top speed goes down about 10 mph, but who wants to go that fast anyway. These are of ALL-METAL construction and are very sturdy. The entire set-up is fairly light, so that no additional brake for the sidecar is offered. It comes with a steering dampener.
